Our clients range from individuals, schools, churches and small businesses to large multi-national companies. They make ordering custom apparel from Stuph Clothing simple and easy.
We have an in-house design staff and a 15,000-square-foot facility capable of producing any size order. We offer clients a 100% satisfaction guarantee and 72-hour turnaround from art approval at no extra charge.

Not everyone is a pro at ordering custom apparel. We want you to feel comfortable knowing you’ll get exactly what you are asking for. Our Project Advisors have a working knowledge of garment manufacturers, fabric weights, color matching and design placement.
That’s why we have stuck with the old-fashioned approach of giving quotes after we talk with you. We offer a free consultation with one of our Project Advisors who will walk you through the entire process. Along the way, we’ll help you identify and even avoid potential hiccups associated with ordering custom apparel.
Getting Started is as Easy as 1, 2, 3
Call or email us. A Project Advisor will walk you through each step:
Innovative and relevant art are not just words we throw around. Our creative staff are professionals who know apparel design. They exhaust themselves to find the latest trends as well as stay current on what’s hot in the market. They create original art and pour everything they know into our clients and products.
Already got your own idea? No problem! We love a challenge. Our artists can take that sketch on a napkin and bring it to life with ease. Need something from scratch? This is where our team really shines. After a small consultation, our artists will present you three distinct creative solutions for your group or event.
Many clients have their own art. Simply email the file(s) to us and we will go to work. We can screen print or embroider your design on apparel in a few days. Ask your Project Advisor for the types of files that we will need.
There are lots of choices, so where do you start? Some clients like to pick the colors in the design first, and then pick a shirt style and color. Others know the style and color of shirt they want and will play with the colors in the design to get the right look on the shirt. We know this can either be really fun or really overwhelming. If it seems too overwhelming, definitely let us help! Our Project Advisors will consult with you and help you make the right decision for your group or organization.
Popular garments for many organizations include short sleeve t-shirts, girls’ fitted tees, guys’ fitted tees, ladies’ t-shirts, long-sleeve t-shirts, hoodies and regular crew-neck sweatshirts. Looking for embroidery on polo shirts, jackets, bags, beanies or hats for your group? We have these too plus many other garment options.

Have a crazy week? Email or text us about your project or leave us a voicemail message, tell us when and where to contact you and we will call at the appointed time the next business day. If your schedule is so jammed up you can only talk after our normal business hours or on the weekend, no problem. Let us know via email or text when and where to call you. It’s that easy.
Minimum Order Size
We would like to do business with everyone regardless of order size; however, we are best suited for orders of 36 pieces or more. Orders of over 10,000 shirts usually require a few additional days beyond our normal 72-hour after-art-approval turnaround schedule.
Need more shirts? No problem. Call or email us. We store your design electronically and can turn your reorder around within a couple days.
Tips on Budgeting and Comparing Prices
The largest variables in price are number of colors in a design, number of locations the design will be placed on the garment (front, back, sleeves, etc.) and type of garment (t-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, etc.). One-color designs are the most affordable, and the price increases slightly with each additional color added. Printing designs in multiple locations on a garment also bumps the price up.
Most garments are made of cotton or cotton/polyester blends. T-shirt prices increased dramatically in 2010 because of weather and natural disasters that adversely affected cotton farmers and apparel manufacturing facilities in various regions around the world which drove commodity prices up. Petroleum prices have also been trending up which puts upward price pressure on any polyester-blended apparel.
Generally, garment weight and color also affect pricing. Heavier fabrics, long-sleeve shirts, sweat pants/shirts and colored garments are more expensive than thinner, white garments. Dark shirts usually require a “base color” be applied to the garment in the printing process to ensure the colors in your design stand out and look crisp. This additional step typically increases the price of a dark shirt when compared to white or lighter-colored shirts.
T-shirts are generally separated by major suppliers into four categories: 4.2 oz. cotton fashion fit, 5.4 oz. cotton/poly blends, 5.4 oz. cotton and 6.1 oz. cotton shirts. The fashion fit shirts are popular with the younger crowd who like a thinner, form-fitting tee. The 5.4 oz. cotton/poly blended t-shirt is great because it is wrinkle resistant and rarely shrinks. The 5.4 oz. and 6.1 oz. cotton shirts are our most popular shirts combined with a 3-color design printed on the front. The heavier 6.1 oz. cotton shirt is popular with many clients who are purchasing white t-shirts for young ladies.
Sustainability and Partners
Stuph Clothing and its employees are having a positive impact on the planet and will continue to do so. You see, we believe corporate success and social prosperity are interrelated. It involves the continual improvement of our business operation to ensure long-term resource availability through environmental, social and economic performance as it relates our clients, business partners and community.
Our employees are working on reducing our environmental footprint. Our shipping department changed its packaging methodologies which led to a reduction in fuel consumption by our freight carriers and a decrease in shipping costs for us. We recycle packaging materials received from our suppliers and are switching our outbound cardboard boxes to recycled cardboard. Our accounting and art departments are transitioning to a paperless office environment that will reduce consumption of cardboard storage boxes, printer toner and paper for duplicate copies. To conserve electricity, we have installed energy-saving devices for exterior lighting and programmable thermostats in our 15,000-square-foot facility.
Our social scorecard includes purchasing garments from companies that only source our products from regions or countries with established policies against slave or child labor; only screen printing or embroidering garments with appropriate images, designs or messages; partnering with organizations equipped to address basic human needs like food, shelter and education on a global scale and helping those in our backyard through companywide blood donations and semi-annual serve days.
We hold monthly food-packing events with the help of our partner Change This World and our employees, suppliers and friends in the community to raise awareness for worldwide hunger. Even outside of work, our employees are fully engaged in the mission of our ministry brand, Uth Stuph. We have youth group leaders, bible study facilitators, community serve day volunteers and worship team members on our roster of professionals. Our economic initiatives include growing our revenues, increasing our capital base and continually evaluating our operations using small teams of people from different departments focused on eliminating waste, increasing efficiencies and improving our client experience. The successful implementation of these initiatives will allow us to expand our investment in environmental and social initiatives, thereby fulfilling our Uth Stuph brand’s founding principle of “leveraging our resources to change this world.”
For over seven years, we have been the fulfillment partner for World Vision. Through this partnership, our ministry brand, Uth Stuph, donated $1 for each of the thousands of shirts it sold through an online webstore used to promote World Vision’s 30-Hour Famine events around the country. World Vision is a child-focused organization that addresses a wide range of social, environmental, cultural, and political issues with the goal of helping to free children everywhere from poverty. (www.WorldVision.com and www.30hourfamine.org)
In 2009 and 2010, our Uth Stuph brand funded and its employees launched an initiative called Change This World to help address worldwide hunger. Change This World is now an independent 501(c)(3) Florida non-profit humanitarian organization. Today, Change This World has facilitated the packaging and distribution of millions of meals around the world. Each meal is a casserole of rice, soy, vitamins and vegetables created by Kids Against Hunger that was formulated to reverse the effects of starvation.
We partner with Change This World by promoting its mission among our constituents and making a financial donation for each shirt we sell. We also hold monthly packing events with our employees, suppliers and friends in the community to support Change This World and raise awareness of worldwide hunger. (www.ChangeThisWorld.com)
